Shipping and Handling
We have added a new shipping option for DFW residents to pick up their on-line orders at the store and avoid shipping charges. When you choose the Pick up at store shipping option, you can drop by the store and pick up your items once you have received an email confirming that your order has shipped.

We strive to make the shipping of your purchase quick, easy, and worry-free. All you need to do is provide an accurate street address and we do the rest. Your items will be properly packaged, shipped within 2 business days, and you will receive tracking information so you will know when your package should arrive.
Shipping Policy
Most shipments originate from our store in Dallas, Texas and are sent within 2 business days. Once shipped, we will email you a shipment tracking number. If there are any backorders or delays, we will notify you immediately via email. Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail, which arrives within 3-5 business days. For large or heavy orders, we will find the most cost effective way to get the order to you, and if needed, will contact you for additional freight charges.
Some products such as flooring and mattresses ship directly from the manufacturer and usually arrive by common carrier (freight truck).
We only ship to locations within the fifty United States. We only ship to P.O. Boxes via U.S. Postal Service. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Transit Times
This map indicates the transit times from our store to destinations in the United States. Find your location on the map and then review the color of your location in the legend in the bottom right corner. This indicates the number of business days (not including weekends and holidays) required for UPS Ground delivery.
Expedited Shipping
Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail, which will arrive in 3 to 5 business days. We also offer 2-day, or 3-day expedited shipping on select products. A $10 fee is added to our standard shipping charge for 3-day expedited delivery and a $15 fee is added for 2-day expedited delivery. We understand that you are choosing expedited shipping because you need it quickly, so we will also strive to process your order and ship that same day. Please note that expedited transit times are based on business days (excluding holidays and weekends) from the day that it ships.
Green Packaging
In our attempt to spread awareness about reducing our impact on the natural environment, we preach the three R's: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Green Living operates by this motto and securely packages your purchases using boxes, paper, peanuts, and bubblewrap that are seeing their second, third, or fourth use. When we must use new boxes and packaging, we select the highest post-consumer recycled content and biodegradable peanuts.
