Detailed Description

From the Women's Multipurpose Cooperative, a group started in the Phillipines to create jobs for people. The women create woven products, crocheted and knitted items, items made from recycled newspaper, Christmas decorations made of pine needles, and baskets. The Cooperative helps women working as artisans to obtain training, raw materials, low-interest loans, and obtain titles to their land.

Made of coiled recycled newspaper. 12"x9". To clean, wipe with damp cloth. Can be used as a placemat, trivet, coaster, or hotmat.
