Although the Semi-Gloss from American Pride is safe and gentle enough to be listed in our No-VOC category, the manufacture lists the VOCs as less than 5 grams per liter. (Compare this to many conventional semi-gloss paints that can contain 150-300 grams per liter.)

Application
To paint over unpainted surfaces such as new wallboard, plaster, or masonry, we recommend first applying a coat of Mythic Interior Latex Drywall Primer.
To paint over oil-based painted surfaces, wood, wallpaper, or questionable surfaces that might contain an oil that may bleed-through latex paint, we recommend first applying a coat of Mythic Interior/Exterior Multi-Purpose Primer.
