Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be new and in re-saleable condition with original packaging and tags. Green Living does not accept returns on tinted paint or clearance merchandise. Due to health regulations, Green Living can not accept returns of mattresses, foundations, box springs, sheets or pillows. Green Living will only pay for freight on returns due to our picking error or defective merchandise. To initiate a return, you must contact us to receive an authorization and return shipping address. Sales Tax

All Texas residents will be subject to a 8.25% sales tax.

 

How to Shop with us Online

Navigating our Product Categories -  you will find a list of product categories on all of our pages. Mouse over one and you will see a list of sub-categories appear. Click on the main category or one of the sub-categories to find a list of products to select.

To learn more about a product, click on its image. You will find a complete description, product options, price, and photos.
When you are ready to purchase a product, click on the Add to Cart button, and you will be directed to the shopping cart where you can begin the checkout process.

Once you have completed the simple online order form by providing your address information and your credit card number, we will confirm your order via email. Please write down your order number or print out the email and keep it in a safe place.
You can use the number to track your order through our online system or over the phone with Customer Service.

Creating an Account

You do not have to create an account to purchase products on-line from Green Living. However, by creating an account with us you will be able to order products again quickly and easily.
We do NOT keep your credit card information on file when you setup an account with us.
We will keep your billing and shipping information on file and allow you to view previous order and track open orders on-line.
