Use the Gaby Crumb Board to slice loaves, baguettes, or anything crumbly without making the mess.  Made with solid bamboo, this crumb board will stand up to decades of serrated bread knives.  The removable slotted cutting surface fits neatly into the foundation and is easily removed for "crumb dumping".  The Gaby is built with notched joints to provide the solid durability necessary to be an Artisanal bread slicing surface.  

Simple Care provides Long Life:

• Clean with hot soapy water, rinse, wipe dry, then air dry
• Annually revive your bamboo products with a natural cutting board oil, we recommend Preserve.
• Not recommended for dishwasher or prolonged soaking
• Not recommended for use in microwaves
