How do I purchase a product online?
|

On the upper bar on our home page is a list of product categories (such as Home Improvement and Gifts). Mouse-over one of the categories and you'll see a list of sub-categories (like Paint, Flooring, Accessories). Click on one of these categories to find a list of products.To learn more about a product, click on its image. You'll find a complete description as well as the price. If you want to purchase the product, type in the quantity and click on the Add to Cart button, and we'll guide you from there. Once you've completed our simple online order form, providing shipping and billing information and a credit card number, we'll confirm your order via email. Please make note of your order number or print out the email and keep it in a safe place. You can use the number to track your order through our online system.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes. Our security system prevents unauthorized access to confidential information whether you are online or off-line.We use software to encrypt your credit card numbers and personal information automatically while they are in transit over the internet, preventing a third party from viewing the information. The instant you reach our checkout page, a padlock symbol at the bottom of your screen indicates that you have entered our secure shopping zone.We do not store your credit card number or information. Information access is restricted within our office to the last 4 numbers of your credit card only and that is viewable only by employees who need the information to perform a specific job (such as a customer service representative).

May I order off-line instead?

Yes. You may order by phone by calling 214-821-8444; however, as our store can get busy, you may have to leave a message and wait for a return call.

How soon will my purchase arrive?

For regular delivery, please allow 3 to 7 business days for in-stock items to arrive. Very large or heavy items may take a bit longer.

How are products shipped?
|
|
|
Items are shipped via UPS, U.S. Postal Service, and freight. We can deliver to P.O. boxes via USPS, but we need a street address, or if using a rural route number, a complete address and the nearest crossroad to use our expedited shipping service. A phone number is required for all orders.

Do you ship overseas?

Sorry, we currently do not ship to U.S. territories, Canada, Mexico, or other overseas addresses.

What about shipping large or heavy items?
|
|
|
We offer Premium Delivery Service if you would like to have mattresses and other large items brought into your home, uncrated, and placed at your discretion. All packing materials are then removed. The additional charge for this service varies by item; the minimum charge is $175. In some cases, for large or heavy orders, we will ship an order via common carrier. If needed, we will contact you for additional shipping charges before shipping the order.

How do you calculate shipping? What will it cost?

The shipping charge is calculated based on the amount of the order. Please remember that heavy or oversized products may require an extra shipping charge due to their size.

How do you calculate sales tax?
|
|
|
We must add sales tax for merchandise and shipping on orders delivered within Texas. When you place an order on our web site, our computer system will add 8.25% sales tax if shipped to a Texas address.
