For at least 3 years these beautiful Cosmetic Pouches, made from recycled rice & feed bags, have been a hit at Green Living.  Similar to the cradle-to-cradle recycling theory, these truly are bags-to-bags, being commercial rice and feed bags in their first life and then washed, cut, and sewn into durable cosmetic pouches in their second life.

The Cosmetic Pouch is made from an ultra-durable tight-woven synthetic fiber and is cotton lined with a durable zipper closure.  The professional stitching is durable and made to last.  The designs will vary based on the design on the original bag and each is unique.  The pouches are available in blue, green, orange, and pink.

These Cosmetic Pouches are manufactured on a small scale and are fairly traded; therefore, providing a living wage to workers in Cambodia.
